  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales, outlet products or gift cards.
  • When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • The message should be sent to us voffandgo@gmail.com. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We will send you a return shipping slip via email, the return shipping costs SEK 54 and the cost is deducted from your refund.
  • If you choose to send the package back yourself, you must ensure that the package is not sent to an agent, by cash on delivery or by registered mail.
  • Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

  • Submit a return request via the link.
  • Log in to your account, enter your email address in the field **email address**
  • Then click **Continue**
  • Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code provided in the email.
  • Return to the webshop and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click on the order you want to request a return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  • Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
  • Click on **Request return** If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping slip via email.
  • Return shipping costs SEK 54 and the cost is deducted from your refund.
